The Japanese toilet in my room was the BEST! The view from my room amazing, the buffet fantastic! The restaurant AMAZING! Reception staff excellent, I even got a call 10 mins after I left the hotel to advise I had left my passport behind.

One of the rooms that we booked was a corner room, and the city view was enthralling! My family and I have visited so much 5-star hotels, and this is by far one of my kids' favorites. All hotel employees were polite, accommodating, and good in English. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and are filled with high-end furnitures/products. It was also close to malls like Coco Park.

Amazing hotel with a luxurious interior finish, including the rooms. Plenty of variety at breakfast, and the service was impeccable—you really feel catered to. It was a great experience and definitely worth the money. The laundry service was also top-notch and very fast. Overall, it was a delightful stay.

The rockstar staff. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Above and beyond. Vivian, Ceaser and Kyle at the front desk all greeted me with an enthusiastic smile, and a stuffed 2022 tiger. Chris, the concierge, was like having a personal assistant. He made me feel like a celebrity and made sure I was enjoying my stay at every turn. Exceptional attention. Nicholas and Deepak, knowing of my vegan diet, went out of their way to make me a personalized vegan meal that was delicious and beautiful. The room as beautiful and the view, epic. Park Hyatt Shenzhen is by far one of my favorite hotels in China. I will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend. China.

The location is fantastic, the district is modern and clean, a lot of interesting places are very near. The hotel is beautiful, the bragfast is awesome, the room is tidy.

The pool bathrooms were amazing. It felt like being in an amazing spa. There were steam rooms, spa, sauna and showers that had different setting and music to match.
